• Mid-session quota enforcement — a session now stops promptly (within one ~6s heartbeat) when your minutes run out, instead of running past the limit. The server signals exhaustion on the usage heartbeat and the client tears the session down.
• Per-channel usage attribution — usage reports now carry the distribution channel (Microsoft Store vs desktop installer) so consumption can be told apart by source.
• Store-only distribution — the in-app auto-updater has been removed; updates ship through the Microsoft Store.
