If a Scepter skill is disabled by the DisableAllSkills debuff, removing the debuff does not give you back the Scepter skill

In stage 3 of the False Son boss fight, he disables all your skills. When you interact with a Geode to regain your abilities, you get your base skill rather than whatever Ancient Scepter skill you had at the start of the fight.
