Maybe we can check if the latest file had changed and delete it. And allow overriding that to avoid the download.
We could use this everywhere that its know some files will change as new data is added. |

Adds an Australian daily weather data product - note this is a dataset that is available up to "now" so I put a note in for users that they need to delete the current year's data if they want to update this year's data - this would be an issue for some of the other datasets.
