Migrate GX15 to the JSON hw_defs schema (#7411): move display, timers, leds and rotenc from hal.h into gx15.json and include hal_settings.h. Replaces the dropped custom_switches block with leds, and regenerates the stale YAML map. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
