Description

Freezes the target for 10 seconds. Will also freeze water and create snow on the ground.

Freeze is the most basic of all the ice spells, giving the caster the ability to inflict frostbite I on targets for 10 seconds, though it does not actually deal any damage. It also allows water source blocks to be turned to ice, lava to be turned to obsidian and snow layers to be placed on the ground. Freeze is the ice equivalent to the ignite spell.
