Adds the German Dental FHIR Profiles (R4) implementation guide to the registry.
de.cognovis.fhir.dentalThis IG provides FHIR R4 profiles for German dental practice — procedures (BEMA/GOZ), conditions (ICD-10-GM), findings (Zahnschema/FDI), communication, and treatment plans (HKP, PAR, KFO, ZE). It is built on the German FHIR base profiles (de.basisprofil.r4, KBV).
