- Add ability to map item and holdings note types by name (no more hard-coded UUIDs for note types)
- Supports optional value mapping file, but will map directly by mapped value without one
- Pre-validates any hard-coded (
"value"and"fallback_value") mappings before processing begins - Updated online docs for these changes
