I spent the last 15 years in political strategy and shipped 70+ digital info-products before turning to infrastructure. That trajectory taught me two things well: how regulated environments actually move, and how to ship products that survive real users. Both matter more than I expected when building payment rails.
Today I'm founding LiqPay — a reward platform for Brazilian merchants — and TAGMA BASE, the holding behind it. The stack bridges PIX (via Sicredi direct integration) with a reward token issued on Bitcoin's Liquid Network. We're building toward BCB 519-521 compliance ahead of the November 2026 regulatory deadline, and that constraint shapes every architectural decision.
