llvm/llvm-project@ed37bdc refactored how func.func discardable attributes are handled during the FuncToLLVM conversion in MLIR. Specifically, it started dropping specific LLVM-specific ODS properties (like always_inline) if they didn't have the explicit llvm. prefix. I updated the XLA CPU codegen passes to use the correct explicit prefix by replacing setAttr("always_inline", ...) with setAttr("llvm.always_inline", ...). PiperOrigin-RevId: 890958763
