… (spec B.18) Add freezing-rain, freezing-fog, snow-thunderstorm, sandstorm, tornado and hurricane to WEATHER_CONDITIONS, keeping the SDK in sync with the Gladys core. They stay generic: each is encoded separately by Meteo France, OpenWeather and the NWS alike. The change is additive, so a provider that cannot tell them apart keeps sending the broader condition and nothing that worked before changes. Updates the runtime constants, both the WeatherCondition union and the declared WEATHER_CONDITIONS shape in index.d.ts, and the test that enumerates the enum.
