Upgraded the Gml.Web.Api.Domains dependency from version 2025.1.1 to 2025.1.2 in the Gml.Core project file. This ensures compatibility with the latest features and fixes provided by the updated package. No other changes were made.
Eliminated the usage of `CommunityToolkit.Diagnostics` package and replaced throw helpers with standard exceptions. Upgraded `System.Text.Json` dependency from 8.0.5 to 8.0.6 for improved stability and bug fixes.
Upgraded `Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk` to 17.7.1 and `NUnit3TestAdapter` to 4.4.2 in `GmlCore.Tests.csproj`. Updated `Microsoft.AspNetCore.Http.Features` to 5.0.17 and `System.Text.Json` to 8.0.6 in `Gml.Core.Interfaces.csproj`.
