Conventions

1. A successful command should always return at least one line of response, using reply().
   <Helzibah> !vote 0
<csyorkbot> Helzibah: Vote registered for 'raspberry'

2. Error messages should always be returned using error(). This will automatically be silent for indirect commands and address the user for direct commands:
   <Helzibah> !vote 9
<Helzibah> csyorkbot: vote 9
<csyorkbot> Helzibah: Error: index out of range: 9
