there is no more .column_iter() method, we use .columns().iter()
We add a test to ensure that dataframe containing Vector valued structs round trip serde as expected.

I have upgraded the polars dependency to the latest version, and added one test checking deserialization of columns with list type values.
If you are open to a PR, I can work on this more and attempt to resolve the conflicts.
