Janus's Generative Cognitive Twin moves beyond descriptive 3D models: a dynamic, self-learning counterpart to the physical asset that simulates millions of operational strategies to find the absolute best path forward. Physics-first AI trained on one of the largest building datasets ever assembled — delivers day-one value with no months-long cold-start, and continuously self-optimises via a real-world feedback loop. My role: own the operational AI infrastructure inside the Janus stack.

A full AI automation suite I designed and developed end-to-end — then adopted internally by PSI Benelux Real Estates as their automation layer. Cross-department task supervision that autonomously tracks progress, detects delays, and triggers escalation workflows. LLM pipelines with structured outputs, prompt governance, and confidence scoring. AI-driven Slack assistants for live operational data retrieval and natural-language workflow triggers. Event-driven CRM + HR + Google Workspace integration. Built in Python, TypeScript, and Docker as a reusable, containerised product.

Production SaaS selling verified Dubai buyer leads to brokerages. Built end-to-end: Next.js 15 App Router, Prisma + PostgreSQL, Stripe checkout, Resend 6-stage drip automation with engagement webhook tracking + auto-unsubscribe on bounce/complaint, FOMO conversion stack, scroll-driven motion design, 6 AI-tuned SEO landing pages, Docker + Caddy reverse proxy on self-hosted VPS.

Production data ingestion + unified API for Dubai off-plan real estate. Two-service Docker architecture: estate-sync runs every 6h, parallel-fetches GenieMap + ReellyAI sources via ThreadPoolExecutor (5 workers, 5× throughput), enriches with internal unit-inventory data (prices, layouts), de-duplicates developers and projects (GenieMap-prioritised), writes to Supabase Postgres. estate-api is a FastAPI service exposing standardised endpoints with a /v1/proxy/image white-label asset proxy — all external images and PDFs route through your domain. Powers downstream n8n workflows and dubaipropertyleads.ae.

End-to-end voice AI infrastructure (Twilio + Retell AI) handling 350,000+ calls for real estate lead qualification and follow-up. Engineered the lead intelligence layer that contributed to Real Estate companies winning Property Finder's "Quality Brokerage of the Year".

Organisation-grade AI desktop companion designed to live perfectly within the MacBook notch layout. Native Swift (AppKit + SwiftUI), borderless floating window via NSWindowController attached to the notch, hover-to-reveal interactive layer, state-machine-driven UI (CompanionState: idle → listening → thinking → speaking → needsApproval → success → error) for fluid transitions. Xcodegen for conflict-free project generation. Designed to integrate into any organisation — not vendor-locked.
