Replace the static timeline images with an interactive, phase-based timeline driven by the Ops Toolbox content sheet: - collapsible sectors with bars spanning Pre-Crisis to Closure - task popovers linking to each SharePoint resource folder - populate the Pre-Crisis column and grey out empty-folder tasks (kept clickable) - drop the legacy how-to overview and the outdated PER footer
