No breaking change beyond the fact that, in lazy loading setups, if you where using it, you can just remove
<I18nFetchingSuspense />. It's not nessesary anymore. The hook will just suspend by thowing promise, causing the app to re-mount within the supense boudary where the hook is used (or the full app if no supense boundary is explicitely defined)If you want to force the app to remount (not rerender, rerender is automatic) you can use lang as key as demonstrated here: https://stackblitz.com/edit/react-ts-zgmo8u?file=components%2FApp.tsx
