docs(website): move agent statusline segments into a dedicated Agents section - #7836

… section Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Copilot CLI and Antigravity CLI previously lived inside the generic "CLI" segment category alongside build tools. Give them their own "Agents" category, since they're statusline/agent integrations rather than CLI segments, and update the cross-references that pointed at their old docs/segments/cli/* URLs. Also fixes the static llms.txt/llms-full.txt/skill.md segment counts, which were left at 117 when Antigravity CLI support was added (now 118).
