- Add campfireLink.js helper to generate Niantic Campfire deep links
- Integrate campfireUrl into raid.js controller for raids and eggs

Niantic Campfire deep link built from gym lat/lon/ID/name/image, matching PoracleJS PR #937 (KartulUdus/PoracleJS#937). Available in DTS templates as {{campfireUrl}}. Added to raid and egg field definitions and as a raid snippet. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
