add public SourceAdapter and DeliveryAdapter contracts
preserve collector + LINE defaults and existing output behavior
add file/local adapters, entry-point loading, CLI flags, and contract tests
document third-party chat platform API mapping

compileall, shell syntax, plist, public tree, git diff checks
