Serial for certificates

This release includes the fix for the serial bug in the authority model, now it is incremented on certificate signin.
Another interesting feature is that errors in the usage of ssh-keygen do not kill the shell.

Resolve issue with ssh ca generation

This release solve a bug where the isRoot attribute would not be set during the ssh ca persistence, occurring in an error because of schema constraint
