## Summary Adds Jira Data Center and Server support to the existing Jira provider through a user-configured instance URL and personal access token. ## Changes - Keep Jira Cloud OAuth behavior unchanged. - Add custom credentials for Jira Data Center/Server PAT authentication. - Route private deployments through REST API v2, including private-network egress safeguards. - Support project, issue, JQL, and comment actions with Server-compatible payloads and pagination. - Add focused provider tests for PAT validation, URL policy, proxy requests, private action routing, and Cloud regression coverage. ## Validation - `npx vitest run src/providers/jira/executors.test.ts` - `npm run typecheck` - `npm run generate:catalog` - `npm run fix-check` - Read-only validation against a Jira Data Center instance: current user, project listing, and JQL search. --------- Co-authored-by: Kevin Cui <bh@bugs.cc>
