Otherwise, user can't enter hours or minutes on two characters
At 30 days, days() is zero (but months() is 1)
adds support for 3 decimal places + fixes a bug
- added typings to dependencies instead of dev dependencies because .bin/typings symlinking was not correctly done on some environments - moved install script to postinstall
