Subregions

The freehold owner may add a smaller leasehold inside their land with a WorldEdit selection that stays fully inside the parent region.

/realty subregion quickcreate <parentRegion> <name> <price> <duration>

The duration argument uses the format on Duration format.

What the server checks

Parent bounds — The selection must lie fully inside the parent freehold, in the same world.

Overlap — It must not cross into another subregion that shares the same parent.

Size — Volume must be at least the minimum set in settings.yml (subregion-min-volume).
