This would just be redundant with the MRIReco_All workflow unless I figure out a way to checkout the latest release version of a package. I only know how to do this for packages with tags. To fix my issues with the yaml file I have to register the matrix entry as an ENV and use that in the shell/run commands |

This PR adds breakage CI jobs, which check if changes to package X caused issues in the tests of downstream packages Y.
In our case if MRIBase caused breaks in any of the other packages and if MRIOperators caused issues in MRIReco and MRISimulations
