Updates a data-provider source label in provider_source.json to reflect the requested rename from “Capacity and Demand” to “Capacity and Planning” for the Social Care dataset, keeping the public-facing provider source metadata current.
Changes:
- Updated the English provider source name from “Social Care Capacity and Demand data” to “Social Care Capacity and Planning data”.
- Updated the Welsh provider source name wording, but it still references “Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol” (Social Services), which appears inconsistent with the intended “Social Care” rename.
