README overstated the compiler as emitting GSAP or native WAAPI/CSS. The public schema freezes meta.target to vanilla-gsap (ADR-0001) and the WAAPI/CSS lowering is engine-unwired by design (ADR-0002). L13 now reads vanilla-GSAP JavaScript + CSS; the build-targets bullet is marked internal for now. Docs-only. Aligns the repo with the corrected listing and site copy shipped 2026-07-15.
