Thanks for this. I see it works well but it's hard to understand what's going on.

Perhaps we need column headers for each section to label them. Actually if the meaning of it was valuable enough maybe we don't need the preference checkbox to toggle it on or off but could just keep it in. @ablwr?

My concern is that at the end would reproduce another MediaTrace output, doable but maybe duplicated work. Anyway, we could copy/paste some MediaInfo code if it is the idea behind this request.

What do you mean by this?

I wonder if it's worth merging in this work, as it is an improvement, and then create a new issue to focus on how this could look better.
