Added a Toggle Button with both dark and light theme

other major fixes

1. formatted the whole style.css document with root styling so that it is easy to switch between dark and light theme.
2. also added a theme.js so that it handles the theme switching handler.
3. the styles from both the pages are shifted to style.css and styles as a root variable.
4. added a logo and a directory named /images to keep the logo and any other image to be used in the project.

I noticed that the toggle button is currently overlapping the login/signup buttons.....Could you please adjust the layout to ensure there's appropriate spacing between them?
