same structure as your other version branches - gitmodules points at the actual 1.21.11 branch of cabaletta/baritone, patches split the same way you already had them (options / altoclef changes / properties), just dropped the builderprocess one since nothing in altoclef calls into that right now.
needed this for the 1.21.11 port on the altoclef side (MiranCZ/altoclef#63), that PR can't actually build 1.21.11 without this since there's nothing published for it yet
