Apptainer

This release propose a configuration file that allow the usage of Apptainer with slurm.

✨ New Features

  • Apptainer/Slurm : Added a pre-configured file to run Apptainer containers on our SLURM HPC. This configuration is configured to used local sif images.

  • Usage section : Added a dedicated Usage section in the README.md to help users quickly set up and run workflows with our pre-configure files.
  • Best Practices : Added a best practice section to help new users
