meeting-summarizerskill in response to a careful diff between the skill's output and a hand-refined summary. Each change tightens an ambiguous rule or adds a missing rule surfaced by real usage.Changes
Each change also adds corresponding entries to the Rationalizations, Red Flags, and Common Mistakes tables for discipline enforcement, and the template comments were updated to match.
