Summary
This updates the project-management ADR skill from a lightweight template wrapper into a fuller drafting and review guide. It adds canonical and adapted MADR templates, a minimal template, review guidance, ADR log conventions, common patterns/anti-patterns, and worked examples.
Why
ADRs are more useful when they capture one clear decision, real alternatives, tradeoffs, evidence, and follow-up criteria. The new guidance helps agents draft, review, backfill, and supersede ADRs without inventing provenance or turning ADRs into design docs.
Validation
