Hi! I was trying to use Suite2P to detect ROIs of Purkinje cells dendrites from 2P calcium imaging (Scanimage software, regular tiff-files), but I couldn't set the correct settings for that. I tried to use what was mentioned in the documentation, but it didn't work, the detected ROIs were round and it is not even ROI, but just some noise. Could you please help me with this issue, I'm not sure which settings should be there for a proper dendrites identification. Thanks!
