This PR improve card design as described in 2. of #155

Action button, notes and rates are always in the bottom of the card

Thank you for your work towards this PR.
This absolutely fixes the issue and makes it look much nicer once you have already read a book. However the ones you are currently reading now looks worse as it pushes the menu button down a row below the update progress button.

We need to find a solution to this before merging. I know it goes a bit hand in hand with my comment in #155 regarding having the progress button be kept, without it this would not be a problem.
