Description of Changes:

Add scientific documentation for the GWv1 anf LandDA capability releases.

*These links will no longer work since I updated to point to NCAR/main for merging
SciDoc Landing Page: https://hertneky.github.io/ccpp-physics/

Github Pages build and deploy

@grantfirl Yes, I just did.

I have also just updated to main for merging whenever. This means that the pages links to my fork will no longer work. But when it is merged, the landing page will be updated with these new pages at https://NCAR.github.io/ccpp-physics/
