Summary

Removes security/shelltools-file-operation-path-containment/README.md, the sole contents of the top-level security/ directory.

This file is a patch writeup (essentially the PR description for commit 1c607d2, "Contain ShellTools file operations within cwd") that was accidentally committed into the source tree. It documents a change rather than being part of the framework, is not referenced anywhere in the repo, and doesn't belong in the tree.

The actual code fix it describes remains in place — only the stray doc is removed. The now-empty security/ directory is dropped with it.

Note: this is unrelated to the top-level SECURITY.md (vulnerability-reporting policy), which is untouched.
