[DRAFT] Var/IQAE - based on What the Duck MIT iQuHack 2026

Vision:

• Introduces notebook and frames it within the context of your hackathon team
• Introduces VaR problem
• Introduces IQAE (does not need to be as detailed as academic lesson would be)
• Demonstrate problem setup with Classiq code and then use new integration to translate to CUDA-Q kernels.
• Demonstrate how the problem can run on CUDA-Q (We can pre-run Classiq code and save kernels so the code still executes without Classiq sign up.)
• Discuss some of the results. (Can be one or two runs, not comprehensive sensitivity analysis)
