[Bug]: RHEL10 Precompiled references non-existent git branch for kmod

Describe the bug
The docker file for the RHEL10 Precompiled images references branch rhel10 for the repository https://github.com/NVIDIA/yum-packaging-precompiled-kmod which does not exist.

To Reproduce
Build the dockerfile for the RHEL10 Precompiled image, the build will fail with the messages:

Cloning into 'yum-packaging-precompiled-kmod'...
fatal: Remote branch rhel10 not found in upstream origin

Expected behavior
The dockerfile build should succeed resulting in an docker image containing the driver

Environment (please provide the following information):

• gpu-driver-container source (Commit SHA or image digest): main branch (currently commit 6c173e1)
• NVIDIA Driver Version: 580.159.04
• Host OS: RHEL / CentOS Streams CoreOS
• Kernel Version: 6.12.0-219.el10
• Container Runtime Version: Podman, multiple versions
• CPU Architecture x86_64
• GPU Model(s) RTX 3090 and others
