First pre-release of the 2020 vintage
The most notable update on the 2017 edition is a correction on some under-estimated emission factors.
Please, expect minor changes in the code and the data until we have a new official release.
Main changes are:
- A command line support.
- Can choose between vintages 2017 and 2020.
- Most of the data requirements are downloaded only once, and where is possible, it tracks the expected hash.
- GHGRP estimated on demand.
- Correction on the EF estimate.
