It structures every feature lifecycle through constitution, specification, planning, task decomposition, review and implementation, sequential artifacts gated by validation, so no phase can be skipped. Ships 8 plugin tools, 6 agent skills, shared rules and templates, backed by 621 automated tests covering phase gates, cold-start bootstrap and concurrency safety.

bot-epub-translater, Python, In progress Telegram bot that translates e-books (EPUB, MOBI, AZW3, FB2, RTF, DOCX) via Gemini and DeepSeek LLMs, built in 8 incremental phases with a modular architecture, EPUB parser, replaceable translation providers, bilingual output modes, quality review pass and on-disk cache.

identity-generator, Python, Stable CLI that generates coherent synthetic identities, name, address, phone and postcode all matching the same locale. Locale-aware fields, JSON export, clipboard, history tracking and Docker support.
