Somewhat addresses the two enhancement suggestions in: edisonywh#2
I was mostly just curious to see how I might implement the functionality, so I figured I'd give it a shot. 😄
Also depends on edisonywh#19 (only because I worked on that first), though it doesn't depend on that change and could be decoupled if needed.
This PR also adds Dialyxir/Credo, but those aren't strictly necessary; just really nice to have. 😉
