fix(kernel): optimize kline data formatting to reduce token waste

This PR optimizes the market data formatting in the kernel. By reducing the number of klines from 30 to 10 and simplifying the parameters (Close/Volume only), we can reduce token usage significantly. Addresses the community feedback regarding 99% token waste. Authored by chulinhcql-art.
