…usResearch#4) Adds HermesSessionImporter that mines ~/.hermes/sessions/*.json for user/assistant pairs with tool-calling context — richer signal than Claude Code (user-only) or Copilot (user+assistant without tools). Also fixes _is_relevant_to_skill: skills with short names (mcp, tdd, git) never matched because the word-length filter required > 3 chars. Now checks for exact full skill name first, then falls back to individual word matching. Changes: - New HermesSessionImporter class (85 lines) - Wired into CLI (--source hermes), orchestrator, and evolve_skill.py - 7 tests for Hermes importer (parse, secrets, edge cases, limit) - 3 tests for short skill name matching - Updated module docstring
