This includes the changes from #88 but implements it as an option
--clean_checkpointas loading and saving the checkpoint can take a while and it's not always needed.Also added a section that will update a single-speaker checkpoint to support multi-speaker training. This requires loading the params in lightning slightly differently to avoid missing keys so an option has been added for that as well.
