Scrollable chapter list

A way to tell the user that chapter's list is scrollable.

1. Make full page 100vh so that everything is contained in it
2. Now about scrollbar, there are 2 ways to handle it
   a. scrollbar - customized, slimmer
   b. fixed buttons at top and bottom of "mobile" view (sort of jump to top/bottom)
