It looks like the current CI tests ruby 2.7 through 3.2, but does not test newer versions like 3.3 and 3.4, which have since been added to ondemand testing. So this ticket is just to expand the matrix to include 3.3 and 3.4, and maybe latest (though latest should never be required)
