The vuls-nightly-db only carries distro advisory scores (redhat_api, ubuntu_api) — /vuls/cve.sqlite3 was an empty schema, so scan results had no NVD CVSS scores. Add a weekly CronJob that fills the dictionary via go-cve-dictionary fetch nvd, staging to cve.sqlite3.new and swapping atomically so the server never reads a half-written file.
