What this PR does / why we need it?:

  • OCP 4.12 has changed the behaviour of how it renders names when no display name is given so updates are necessary.
  • Add a patch to update the display names for default objects in the OCP UI for 4.12
  • Updates to *_types.go for openliberty object displayname
