Update Monitoring Web Page

The web page served at http://:8080/index.html is out of date, referring to Pebble watches etc.

It should be updated to reflect the data sources used in V5.x and include a short alarm log for reference.

I have tidied up the web page a bit to remove redundant items, and kept it to be something similar to the 'basic mode' UI on the phone, @pmithrandir.

If you use the web interface and would like the list of recent alarms, we can do this, but there is a bit more effort involved, so thought I'd check if anyone would actually use it?

Using version 5.1.0b instead (as the .apk link above is dead), I had a look at the index web page. I suppose the "Watch Battery" entry should actually show the remaining charge of the PineTime Wrist watch - which it doesn't.
The buttons "Accept Alarm" and "Mute Alarm" appear to have no function. The alarms are visible and audible, but pressing the "Accept Alarm" button does not silence them:

The link "View Log Files" opens the log files, but presents those logs on the screen in a way that is not very well readable:

It should also be possible to display power and spectrum even with the OSD alg disabled on that index page - which could maybe resolve Pierre's issue #267?
