DIY case files may be found here.
These cases were designed to use this project's PCB. If this PCB cannot be obtained, a dummy board is included in the 3D objects so that a raw pico may be used instead.
This case is designed to encapsulate aftermarket Dreamcast connectors. Most new extension cables sold today use the same connector, so they may be harvested by breaking apart the extension cable like pictured below.
- Solder components to the Pico, and then slide it into the case bottom as depicted below
- Slide the Dreamcast connectors into the top connector housing as depicted below
- Snap on the bottom connector plate into the top connector housing as depicted below
- Snap the connector assembly to the case bottom as depicted below
- Snap the case top onto the bottom (not pictured)
